The City of Hoover offers a Winter recreational youth basketball program for Boy's Kindergarten thru 12th Grade and Girl's Kindergarten thru 8th Grade for the Winter 2023 season. Registration is open to residents of Hoover beginning September 1st. The last day to register is Wednesday, November 2nd for Boy's. Registration for Boy's 9th thru 12th grade ends Wednesday, October 19th. Players are required to register and attend a player evaluation. Players will be drafted after evaluations and contacted by their coach about practices and game times.  Must be 5 years old as of August 11th in order to play in the Kindergarten League.
